KA12 8LR 		terned part verificationAll of our components are verified prior to manufacture by utilizing the CAD-CAM at our disposal.After verification the part is sent out to the machine shop and the first-off is proved.Any modifications to be made by the operators are noted and sent by DNC and stored for future use,thus ensuring that the best methods for manufacturing your components are constantly being enhanced.

The combination of Driven tooling,with integrated Axis control,makes the machining of parts with Holes ,Pockets, Flats , Squares, Hexagons,Polygons and Complex Macro Driven shapes etc all possible, with rapid turn round time, in A SINGLE SET UP.This minimizes second operations otherwise required reducing costs for our customers.
